Master Caddie is an elite status awarded quarterly to Caddies who consistently deliver outstanding service. To qualify, you must meet ALL of the following requirements at the time of our quarterly review: β€’ ⭐ Average rating of 4.8 or higher (across all completed bookings) β€’ πŸ“¦ A minimum of 5 completed bookings in total β€’ βœ… Zero unexcused cancellations in the past 12 months β€’ ⚑ Response rate of 90% or higher (replying to booking requests within 24 hours) β€’ πŸ‘€ A fully completed profile including a profile photo, bio, and location The quarterly review runs automatically. If you meet all criteria, your profile will be updated and you'll receive a congratulations notification. There is no need to apply β€” it's earned, not requested.

How can I lose my Master Caddie badge?

Master Caddie status is re-evaluated every quarter. You may lose the badge if any of the following apply at the time of review: β€’ Your average rating drops below 4.8 β€’ Your response rate falls below 90% β€’ You accumulate an unexcused cancellation β€’ Your completed booking count falls (e.g., due to account inactivity) β€’ Your profile becomes incomplete If your badge is removed, you will receive a notification explaining the reason. You are automatically re-considered at the next quarterly review β€” there is no penalty period. Simply get back on track and the badge will be restored once you meet all criteria again.
