Request to book
Pick your rental dates, review the pricing breakdown, and send a booking request. Nothing is charged yet — only a temporary authorisation. You only pay when the Caddie confirms.
Wait for confirmation
The Caddie has 48 hours to accept or decline. You'll get an email instantly. If they don't respond, the authorisation is automatically released — you won't be charged.
Pick up and play
Arrange pickup or delivery directly with the Caddie over in-app messaging. Payment is only captured once your booking is confirmed.
Return & review
Return the clubs at the end of your rental, then leave a review. Caddies can review you too — building trust for the whole community.

Create your listing
Add photos, a description, club specs (type, brand, condition, handedness), your location, and daily pricing. Set your own cancellation policy. Your listing goes live after submission.
Connect your payout account
Set up your Stripe payout account — takes just a few minutes. This is required before you can accept bookings and receive earnings directly to your bank.
Manage your availability
Block out dates when your clubs need a rest. Your calendar updates automatically when bookings are confirmed — no double-bookings, no surprises.
Accept booking requests
When a Player requests your clubs, review the dates and accept or decline within 48 hours. You're notified immediately by email and in-app — so you never miss a request.
Get paid automatically
After the rental ends, your payout transfers automatically to your bank via Stripe. Track everything in your Earnings dashboard — every rental, every dollar.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. GolfClubsNow never stores your card details.
What if the Caddie doesn't respond to my request?
Booking requests expire after 48 hours. If the Caddie doesn't respond in time, your payment authorisation is automatically voided and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Each listing has a cancellation policy set by the Caddie — Flexible, Moderate, or Strict. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel.
How do Caddies receive payment?
Caddies connect their bank account via Stripe Connect. After a booking is completed, the payout is transferred automatically. Track everything in the Earnings dashboard.
What types of clubs can I rent?
Full sets, individual irons, drivers, wedges, putters — every brand you can think of. Browse the listings to see what's available near you.
Is there a minimum or maximum rental period?
Rental periods are set by individual Caddies. Most listings support anything from a single day to multiple weeks.
