Request to book

Pick your rental dates, review the pricing breakdown, and send a booking request. Nothing is charged yet — only a temporary authorisation. You only pay when the Caddie confirms.

Quick response times

For standard requests, Caddies have up to 48 hours to accept or decline. If they don't respond, the request expires and your authorisation is automatically released.

Pick up and play

Arrange pickup or delivery directly with the Caddie over in-app messaging. Payment is only captured once your booking is confirmed.

Return & review

Return the clubs at the end of your rental, then leave a review. Caddies can review you too — building trust for the whole community.

Identity & Payout Verification

Set up your Stripe Connect account to verify your identity and banking info. This is mandatory for your listings to go live and ensures secure, automated payouts directly to your bank.

Manage your availability

Block out dates when your clubs need a rest. Your calendar updates automatically when bookings are confirmed — no double-bookings, no surprises.

Accept booking requests

When a Player requests your clubs, review the dates and accept or decline within 48 hours. You're notified immediately by email and in-app — so you never miss a request.

Automatic payouts

Earnings are processed 48 hours after the rental successfully ends. Track everything in your Earnings dashboard — every rental, every dollar.

You browse available clubs, choose your rental dates, and pay securely through the platform. The Caddie arranges pickup, delivery, or meet-up based on their listing options.

For Caddies

Create an account, go to "List Your Clubs," and fill in your equipment details: brand, model, shaft, condition, photos, availability, pricing, and preferred handoff methods. Your listing goes live after submission — your first one takes less than 10 minutes.

Insurance & Safety

The program covers accidental damage (e.g., broken shaft or club head), third-party theft if reasonable precautions were taken, and damage during platform-approved transit. It does not cover intentional damage, cosmetic wear, non-return, or incidents outside the booking period.
