What does the Insurance Program cover?
Coverage includes accidental damage (like broken shafts or club heads), theft by third parties, and damage during transit if menggunakan delivery methods facilitated by the platform.
How do I file a damage claim?
Caddies must report damage via the platform within 48 hours of equipment return. You will need clear photos of the damage and a brief description of the incident.
What is not covered?
The program does not cover normal cosmetic wear and tear, items left behind in the bag (like rangefinders or personal towels), or damage caused by intentional misuse.
