What is included in my total checkout price?
Your total includes the Caddie's daily rental rate, a platform service fee that keeps our community running, and the mandatory insurance fee to protect the equipment during your rental.
When do Caddies receive their payout?
Payouts are typically initiated 48 hours after the rental period ends. This window allows for damage assessment and ensures a smooth resolution in case of issues.
How do I set up Stripe Connect?
Go to your account settings and follow the Stripe onboarding process. You must connect a bank account or debit card to receive payouts and keep your listings active.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are automatically issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.
